We had an amazing time at this urban retreat! The spacious rooms offered every comfort, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals with my grandson. The close proximity to Tokyo station made our travels seamless, especially with its convenient access to the metro and Shinkansen.
For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities around the hotel.

Perfect spot for couples!
Location was top-notch. It was just above the train station, so it was super easy to get around. The room had this L-shaped couch and a king-size bed, just what I needed after long days.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it.

The room was spacious and had a king-size bed that felt super comfy! I loved the full kitchen and convenient washer/dryer combo. Daily cleaning was a nice touch too, made everything feel tidy. There was plenty of storage, which was handy for our stuff. Just wish the complimentary water was restocked daily – that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, a solid room experience!

Located just a short walk from Tokyo Station, the hotel offers easy access to train lines and surrounding amenities like a Lawson convenience store. The in-room facilities are convenient, especially the fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, though it would be beneficial if water was restocked daily. Reception staff provided helpful information but had some inconsistencies regarding fees, which was frustrating. The continental breakfast was decent but lacked hot options, making it less appealing for those looking for a full breakfast experience.

would like to come again
The place is conveniently beside Tokyo Station. The Executive Studio was spacious and clean, featuring a full kitchen with all the utensils, a comfy king-size bed, and a washing machine. They also provided daily housekeeping, which was great! The breakfast was well presented, though we missed more variety.

The room was spacious with a modern style, making it very comfortable for our family.
The gym access for hotel guests seemed very limited during our stay.

The amenities in the room were impressive, although I
found the overall experience lacking. The room had a good layout with kitchen appliances, but the cleanliness could have been better during my three-night stay. We appreciated the washer/dryer, but the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep.

Perfect spot near Tokyo Station!
I had a pretty awesome time staying here. The staff really stood out—super friendly and helpful! The place was immaculate and had everything I needed. I loved having a full fridge and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver! Only bummer was no free wifi, which kind of sucked. The breakfast was way better than what I expected too!

superb location next to Tokyo Station, well-designed apartments, unique refrigerator door design
For a supposedly premium property, more attention to minor details is needed!!! Housekeeping missed basic items like cups and plates. Poor staff knowledge on local services was disappointing.
