The spacious Executive Studio was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Tokyo. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer and the spacious kitchen for cooking local meals.

We had an amazing time at this urban retreat! The spacious rooms offered every comfort, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals with my grandson. The close proximity to Tokyo station made our travels seamless, especially with its convenient access to the metro and Shinkansen.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities around the hotel.

Location was top-notch. It was just above the train station, so it was super easy to get around. The room had this L-shaped couch and a king-size bed, just what I needed after long days.

Reception staff provided helpful information but had some inconsistencies regarding fees, which was frustrating. The continental breakfast was decent but lacked hot options, making it less appealing for those looking for a full breakfast experience.

I had a pretty awesome time staying here. The staff really stood out—super friendly and helpful! The place was immaculate and had everything I needed. I loved having a full fridge and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver! Only bummer was no free wifi, which kind of sucked. The breakfast was way better than what I expected too!

For a supposedly premium property, more attention to minor details is needed!!! Housekeeping missed basic items like cups and plates. Poor staff knowledge on local services was disappointing.
